Greater Toledo Pool Patrons:December is quickly carrying us all towards the year-end Holidays. We hope you are enjoying the hustle and bustlethat this time of year brings. At the Pool we are busily getting ready for the “Santa Swim Party” on Tuesday the 23rd,and hope that you have it on your calendars! There are still lots of other times to come enjoy independent exercise or lap swimming, join the morning Water Aerobics class, or bring the kids or family to Rec Swim times on Wednesday or Sunday afternoons. This is YOUR pool … come and take advantage of it!!

The “Santa Swim Party” is a FREE event for everyone! It’s a chance just before Christmas to leave all the planning and
present wrapping behind for a while and come play in the warm surroundings of the Pool. Where else in Toledo is the air temperature in the mid-80’s and the water ‘s the same?!! Tropical Santa will be there to say, “Hi!” to everyone and pose for selfies or pictures with you and your family!! We’ll have a few deck games, snacks, beverages and door prizes!! Also, we will have a small warm water wading pool for the very little kids too — so kids of all ages can make a fun evening of it!!
Tuesday December 23rd from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
We want to encourage everyone, especially kids who are out of school for Winter Break to come and use the Pool duringthe Rec Swim times shown in the schedule. To make it even simpler … Rec Swim will be FREE throughout Winter Breakfor everyone!! Rec Swim will be open on the afternoons of December 21st and 22nd, and December 28th, 29th and 30th!!!So… parents, plan a swim outing with another family and bring your kids to burn off some energy … middle school and high school students, take a break from your video games and phones and get a group of friends together and come swim! We are here at the Pool waiting to make your visit safe and enjoyable!
