Greetings Greater Toledo Pool Patrons.
Our initial email launch last week reached about 400+ patrons of the Pool. We hope that the information was useful and that you like getting these weekly updates. There is a link in the email and on the website (www.greatertoledopool.org) to either opt “in” or “out” regarding receiving this weekly email.
The weekly schedule is attached showing open times and lane availability for lap swim, aerobics, Swim Club, and Rec Swim for the coming week.

We will be hosting a FREE Halloween Party next Saturday October 25th from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the Pool. There will be games, snacks, treats and prizes for those in attendance!
We will also be on Main Street in downtown Toledo on Halloween, participating in “Trunk or Treat” festivities October 31st. We look forward to seeing people at these upcoming events!!

Coming up in November and December, the Greater Toledo Pool will be conducting Water Safety and Beginner Swim Lessons for Toledo Elementary School (TOES). Lessons will be provided to kids in Kindergarten through 2nd Grade. Parental consent forms and more information will be coming directly from the school in the next couple of weeks, so be on the lookout!
With TOES Swim Lessons running during the morning hours from November 3rd through the start of Winter Break just before Christmas, lap swimming and independent exercise reservations will be considerably limited during those weeks. We will be updating the Pool Schedule weekly during these weeks to try and keep everyone informed. So be sure and check the schedules and make your plans accordingly.
We know it requires some flexibility and patience by everyone to make this program happen, but having our kids safer and more knowledgeable about water safety is worth it!
